Can I change or cancel my plan later on?
Yes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time by accessing your account. When you cancel you will lose your membership benefits at the end of your billing cycle.
Refund policy?
We do not offer refunds except in extreme situations. Please refer to the Refund Policy.
Are there any guarantees?
Yes, if you don’t see any improvement in your style and confidence after your session then you are entitled to a full refund!
Is there a trial period for the membership plans?
No, there are no trial periods. However, you can cancel anytime if you do not feel like the service is beneficial to you.
How do I book a styling consultation or other services included in my membership?
You will be able to book any of the services via the business drop-down list and selecting one of the services you want. You can reach out via the ‘Book a call’ button at the bottom of the page or if you want to purchase a service immediately you can via the PRICING tab and purchase a service there..
Are there any limitations or restrictions on the services offered within each membership tier (e.g., a maximum number of consultations per month)?
There are some for example, the ‘Style Savvy’ membership service offers a wardrobe consultation service 2 times a month. Also, in the ‘Style Icon’ membership the ‘Complimentary access to one-off payment service’ option is only available FREE once throughout your membership after that it is discounted at 30%.
